Responsibilities
Join Our Team: Part-Time Customer Service cum Admin Officers Wanted! Embrace a Dynamic Role with Flexible Days!
Job Responsibilities:
Man the front counter at all times
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Welcome walk-in customers and register customers
Attend to enquiries via phone call and emails
Operational checks on the service centre and replenishment of collaterals
Collect documents received from customers and make certified copies of these documents
Provide administrative support
Need to be roving around different offices depending on manpower planning
Job Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ Level with prior experience in customer service support is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges
Working Hours and other Info:
Commit min 3 days for 8 months or longer!
8:15am to 6:30pm (with 1 hour break)
Roving within North to North East region!
