1. Main responsible in handle all the operation & project work related matter to company

2. Responsible in handling the delivery arrangement of the company products and solutions from company to existing customers or new customers’ site or location.

3. Responsible in handling the operation work related matter including the trading, services and engineering fabrication arrangement.

4. Responsible to handle the offline services related matter of arrange the company product to be collected from customers’ site and completed the serviced and repaired work at our workshop. After that, ensure the repaired product to be delivered back to customers’ site accordingly.

5. Responsible of handle the online or onsite services related matter of leading company’s subcontractors or suppliers to customers’ site to conduct the services work and ensure the work done according to customer’s requirement and fulfilled the quality of work.

6. Responsible to handle the engineering fabrication work related matter of communicating, arranging and follow up fabrication work progress with fabricator or supplier in order to ensure the fabrication work to be completed according to customers’ requirement. After that, ensure the fabricated product to be delivered back to customers’ site accordingly.

7. Responsible to handle the engineering project work related matter including to study the details of every engineering project, attend the project meeting at site, communicate & report to customer regarding the project progress or status, leading the subcontractor to do the job onsite and ensure the work done according to customers’ requirement and fulfilled the project quality of work.

8. Responsible to assist manager or director to prepare and furnish the operation & project department standard operating procedure, work procedure or work flow and related documents necessary.

9. Responsible of assist manager or director to set up and complete the company management system which including the set up standard operating procedure, department rules & regulations, department work scope & responsibility, company ISO and other relevant work matter.

10. Responsible to assist manager or director to complete any company internal new projects or pilot project.

11. Responsible to own safety during the work duration at office, customers’ site or location or any project site.

12. Responsible to take care the safety of our subcontractors’ or suppliers’ staff during the work conducted at customers’ site or location or any project site.

13. Responsible of ensuring not to endanger any safety risk of our company subcontractors’ or suppliers’ staff or customers’ staff during the work conducted at customers’ site or location or any project site.

14. Responsible of ensuring our company equipment or tools or customers’ equipment or tools under low risk of being or potentially to be damaged due to work conducted or human factors during the work conducted at customers’ site or location or any project site.

15. Complete other assignment or task given by the immediate superior and company directors.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
