HIRING NOW – CUSTOMER SUPPORT (OCT & NOV INTAKE)
Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

SALARY: RM2,100 – RM2,800 (basic + allowance)
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / SKM Level 3 / SVM / UEC / IGCSE
- Able to communicate well in English
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including 24-hour operations
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends & public holidays
Job Scope
- Handle customer enquiries through phone and email or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer needs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Record customer interactions and follow up on cases when required
