Responsibilities
Love meeting people and working in a lively attraction? Join the visitor experience team at one of Singapore’s most iconic destinations!
Pay
Weekdays: $10/hour
Weekends: $12/hour
Lunch and dinner provided on weekends
Location: Near Gardens by the Bay MRT
Duration: 3-month commitment
Commitment: Minimum 2 weekdays + 1 weekend per week
Available Shifts
Full shift: 8.30am–9.30pm
Mid shift: 1pm–7pm
PM shift: 3.30pm–9.30pm
CS shift: 6pm–9.30pm
Shift duration ranges from 3.5 to 12 hours
Must be able to complete 12-hour shifts for the first 4 on-the-job training sessions
What You’ll Do
Welcome visitors and assist with their enquiries
Check tickets and attraction admission
Support events and programmes
Assist with queue and crowd management
Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Respond appropriately during incidents or emergencies
Handle other visitor-service duties when required
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outspoken and approachable
Customer-focused and patient when assisting visitors
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to follow professional grooming standards
Comfortable working in an environment where pollen or chlorine may be present
Customer service or cash-handling experience is an advantage
