Requirements

  • Experience in tea-room, café, restaurant, or any related experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality

  • Ensure food presentation meets tea-room standards

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices

  • Manage stock levels and minimize food wastage

  • Support menu development and kitchen improvements

  • Train and guide commis or kitchen crew when required

  • Comply with company SOPs, health, and safety regulations
