Position : Complex Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, building management, tenant relations, maintenance and service delivery of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily property operations and coordinate with tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Supervise property management, technical, leasing and administrative activities.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee maintenance, M&E, repairs and A&A works.
• Manage contractors, service contracts, KPIs and service standards.
• Handle tenant feedback, leasing support and visitor experience.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, WSH, statutory and building requirements.
• Manage budgets, quotations, expenditure and management reports.
• Lead incident/emergency response and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property, facilities or complex management.
• Experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use or heritage properties preferred.
• Strong experience in tenant management, building maintenance, contractors and statutory compliance.
• Good leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
