We are looking for a hands-on Sourcing & Procurement Executive to support sourcing of materials, packaging, and finished products, while ensuring cost efficiency and reliable supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging, and finished goods (e.g. bottles, boxes, components)
• Identify and liaise with suppliers locally and overseas (mainly China and Southeast Asia)
• Request quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality requirements
• Track orders, monitor delivery timelines, and follow up on production
• Maintain supplier database, documentation, and purchase records
• Support basic quality checks and resolve supplier issues when needed

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
• Experience working with overseas suppliers (China experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of packaging or manufacturing processes is a plus
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for supplier coordination
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary: SGD $3,000 – $3,500
