Job Description
Responsibilities
This is an office-based job with people contact. You run the appointment book, take payments, and handle CHAS, Medisave and insurance claims for a three-clinic dental group. Full training, no experience required.
Work schedule:
5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.
What you'll do
Coordinate appointments and the daily schedule
Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
Submit and track dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
Maintain records and manage supplies
What you'll learn
Claims submission and tracking across three payment systems
Patient records, data accuracy and end-of-day settlement
How a multi-site clinic schedule actually holds together
Your first month, and where it leads
One month of structured induction with a written manual and training checklist; mentored by Ops and senior front desk staff
Trainee to Business Associate: 3 to 6 months. Higher pay grade at about a year. Senior Business Associate at 2 to 3 years.
Course and certification sponsorship for trainees, and again on promotion
What we're looking for
A local diploma or degree in any discipline
Good written and spoken communication; organised and detail-oriented
Basic computer literacy
Full training provided
Pay and benefits
$2,500 – $3,000 per month
CPF, paid leave, outpatient insurance, Reward Leave and incentives
