• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).

Responsibilities:

• Issue sales order, delivery order, invoices and credit notes

• Perform general administrative duties, including documentation and proper daily filing

• Assist the manager in preparing sales reports

• Perform customer service duties, including following up and resolving delivery status inquiries with customers

• Upload digital products to ensure files, hyperlinks, QR codes, videos and other features function correctly
