MPF Follow-up Officer 強積金跟進員 – Matrix Consulting (Kwun Tong, 348 Kwun Tong Road)

Matrix Consulting is hiring one full-time MPF Follow-up Officer to join our team on-site in Kwun Tong (348 Kwun Tong Road).

What you'll do

• Follow up on clients' MPF enquiries, transfers and contributions
• Contact clients, handle documents and track case progress
• Support the team with client service and administrative work

What we're looking for

• Valid MPF intermediary licence (required)
• Understanding of current Hong Kong MPF regulations
• Secondary school education or above; customer service or finance experience preferred
• Fluent Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded and enjoys communicating with people
• Licence holders without relevant experience are welcome — training provided

What we offer

• Base salary from HK$18,000/month plus bonus
