• Assist Assistant Manager in execution of Customer Experience (CSAT & SSI)) strategies, initiatives, and improvement programs.
• Work closely with CX team members to manage customer expectations and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers through various feedback channels including calls, emails, surveys, and other communication platforms (Facebook, Insta, Tik Tok and others)
• Prepare report and analyze customer feedback and engagement outcomes, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Assist Assistant Manager in identify complaint root causes and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
• Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Sales, Technical, Warranty, and other relevant teams to facilitate effective complaint resolution.
• Monitor departmental performance metrics and customer service indicators.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive reporting of departmental KPIs.
• Review complaint trends, recurring issues, and systemic challenges to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assisting to prepare management reports, performance analyses, and customer insights for the Head of CX and senior management.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks within complaint-handling and customer service workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration initiatives to drive customer experience enhancements across the organization.
• Support team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff development initiatives.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities related to customer experience operations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
