Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare BIM models and drawings for general construction, interior design and fit-outworks
Assist with clash detection and resolve drawing discrepancies
Develop scaffold layout models and drawings to support scaffolding and temporary works planning.
Revise models and drawings according to site conditions and project requirements
Assist in preparing as- built drawings, model revisions and construction documentation
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and BIM standards
Provide technical support to site teams to facilitate construction progress and installation works
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Information Modelling, Building Construction or related field
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications
Understanding of general construction, interior fit-out and scaffolding systems
Relevant BIM or construction experience is preferred
Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis
