Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in projects assigned with minimal supervision.
• Manage priority in multiple projects.
• Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client and stakeholders.
• Monitor deviations of original intent/contractual obligations and raise issue of variation with supervisor.
• Ensure full implementation of “3 Tier” pre-submission checks of all shop drawings production in 2D format.
• Ensure full system and standard compliance
• Calculate catchments areas and derive the expected flow rate according to design rainfall intensity.
• Provide integrated cross sectional detail drawing of multiple architectural and structural elements.
• Sketch, build and generate schematic diagrams.
• Efficient interpretation of architectural, structural and combined services drawings.

Job Requirements

• At least a Technical Certificate in Architectural, Mechanical, Civil or Building Information System.
• Minimum 2 years experience in BIM modeling in Architectural/ Structural/ Plumbing/ Mechanical trades.
• Good interpretation of Architectural and Structural drawings with knowledge of construction detailing.
• Well verse in Revit, Autocad and Office suite software. Experience in Naviswork software is an added advantage.
• Work Location : Butterworth, Penang

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
