Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, video content, and visual effects.

• Translate creative briefs, storyboards, and designs into polished motion content.

• Edit and composite videos, including colour correction, audio, and final exports.

• Create content for different platforms, formats, languages, and regional markets.

• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines, including typography, colours, logos, and visual style.

• Work closely with the Design Lead and stakeholders to understand creative objectives and deliverables.

• Manage projects from brief to final delivery, including revisions and deadlines.

• Maintain organized project files, templates, animation presets, and asset libraries.

• Use AI and 3D tools where appropriate to improve creative output and production efficiency.

• Review final content for quality, accuracy, animation, audio, and technical specifications.

• Stay updated on motion design trends, creative technology, AI tools, and production techniques.

• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5 – 7 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video production.

• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling.

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of design, typography, colour, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling.

• Good knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, and export requirements.

• Experience adapting content for different languages, platforms, and screen formats.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

• Experience with AI creative tools is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or other 3D software is a plus.

• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and time-management skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or international brands is an advantage.
