Kris Infotech is looking for an experienced Vulnerability Management Analyst to support security remediation, vulnerability lifecycle management, and cybersecurity risk reduction for a leading banking client.

Position: Vulnerability Management Analyst

Industry: Banking

Contract Duration: 7 months

Location : KL, Malaysia.

Key Skills Required

Vulnerability Management and Security Risk & Remediation Management

Hands-on experience with Qualys, Tenable Nessus, Rapid7, or equivalent vulnerability scanning tools

Vulnerability remediation tracking, workflow management, and SLA monitoring

Security risk assessment, remediation prioritization, and vulnerability lifecycle management

Management Information (MI), security dashboards, KPI/KRI reporting, and trend analysis

Cybersecurity governance, audit, and regulatory compliance

ServiceNow reporting, ITAM, and CMDB knowledge will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end vulnerability remediation across applications and infrastructure.

Collaborate with Technology, Security, Risk, Business teams, and third-party providers to drive timely remediation.

Validate remediation effectiveness through vulnerability scan results.

Support critical vulnerability events, zero-day exposures, and security remediation initiatives.

Prepare weekly/monthly MI reports, dashboards, remediation updates, and risk insights for senior management.

Enhance vulnerability management workflows, processes, and reporting capabilities.

Maintain security documentation aligned with governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

️ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent discipline.

️ Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

️ CISM, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
