1. Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent

2. At least 5 years or above of working experience in construction industry.

3. Well verse with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and BIM.

4. Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

1. Prepare construction works planning and scheduling including master work programme in detail, including ensure that the site follow with the planned weekly work schedule.

2. Organise and monitor the construction works’ resources, machineries, equipment and materials including site co-ordination with all parties concerned.

3. Plan, manage, control and monitor construction work including resolving technical issues and conflicting drawings.

4. Ensure strict implementation of quality control procedures at the site.

5. Source, qualified, select and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and/or sub-contractors of all building materials, equipment, machineries and sub-contract works.

6. Organise and supervise the budget and costs monitoring of the construction works.

7. Must have exceptional communication skill. Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to the project team, sub-contractors and specialists’ works.

8. Must be able to collaborate with all parties involved in the construction works.

9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
