ROLE OPEN:
Sushi Chef
(Min 3 years relevant experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience in sushi, sashimi, temaki, makimono cutting, and preparation.
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Understanding of cooking as both a craft and a science.
Note: Only Singaporeans and PRs will be considered for this role.
