• Minimum 6+ years of experience in HVAC / ACMV
• Experience across both projects and servicing / maintenance operations
• Experience managing technician teams and daily scheduling
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems
• Experience in costing, budgeting or P&L management
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related field
• Strong leadership, coordination and client management skills

• Manage daily technician dispatch and work schedules
• Oversee servicing, preventive maintenance and breakdown jobs
• Monitor service contracts, PM schedules and client escalations
• Oversee HVAC / ACMV installation and retrofit projects from award to handover
• Review quotations, technical proposals and variation orders
• Manage project costing, budgets and margins
• Coordinate with technicians, engineers, admin staff, subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee job orders, invoicing, documentation and operational flow
• Lead and manage technicians, service engineers and back-office staff
