Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. 

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or project coordination. 

• Strong organizational and project management skills. 

• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with the team.

• Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills. 

 Preferred Skills

• Experience in campaign management or promotion execution. 

• Experience in the FX, CFD, Fintech, or Financial industry is an advantage. 

• Familiar with email marketing platforms. 

• Experience with Canva or basic design tools is an advantage. 

• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar tools. 

• Experience in translation and localization work is an advantage. 

• Experience working with vendors, agencies, or external partners is preferred.

Campaign & Promotion Management

• Manage internal marketing campaigns and promotions from planning to completion. 

• Prepare campaign mechanics, T&C, forms, announcements, and campaign materials. 

• Coordinate campaign setup, execution, and follow-up to ensure smooth delivery. 

• Manage campaign setup and configuration in systems, including enrollment forms and participant tracking. 

• Support Live Contest, Demo Contest, and other campaign-related CRM operations. 

• Perform result checking, winner verification, and campaign reporting. 

• Prepare campaign summaries, presentations, and post-campaign analysis. 

• Follow up on winner photos, videos, testimonials, and campaign deliverables.

 Marketing Operations & Administration

• Prepare presentations, reports, translations, and monthly updates. 

• Manage company T&C updates and marketing documentation. 

• Support email marketing and CRM-related tasks. 

• Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts when required. 

• Upload and maintain website articles, PR news, and content updates.

• Support content updates across social media and internal communication channels. 

• Handle ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks when required.

Marketing Asset & Knowledge Management

• Collect, organize, and maintain marketing materials, campaign assets, and internal documentation. 

• Ensure marketing materials and resources are updated and easily accessible for internal teams. 

• Maintain campaign trackers, reports, templates, and knowledge repositories. 

 AI & Process Improvement

• Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual work. 

• Explore AI solutions for content creation, reporting, translations, and workflow automation. 

• Continuously improve marketing processes through automation and AI adoption. 

 Vendor & External Partner Management

• Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and external agencies. 

• Coordinate quotations, negotiations, and project deliverables with external partners.
