Role Description

This role supports daily accounting and administrative operations, including assisting in the preparation of financial records, reconciliations, and basic reports, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, providing general administrative support, and carrying out other duties and tasks assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willing and able to work on-site in Lakefield Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur. (near MRT Sungai Besi Station - PY29)
- Malaysian only.

• Assist in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, journal entries and ledgers etc.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.

• Assist with monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

• Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
