Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Set Account Executive to independently manage the company’s full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves month-end closing, AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, e-Invoice, SST, audit matters, and basic taxation processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with hands-on experience in handling full set accounts.

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Good knowledge of e-Invoice, SST, audit, and basic Malaysian taxation processes.

• Candidates with experience in F&B, retail, KTV, or entertainment industries will be given preference.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Mandarin is required; must also be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing independently.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.

• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.

• Handle e-Invoice, SST, audit matters, and basic taxation processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.

• Assist in other accounting and finance-related matters as assigned by the management.
