• Min. 3-5 years experience in operating CNC Milling or Turning machine

• Understanding 2D engineering drawings

• Knowing how to clamp materials, set tool offsets, perform tool changes, and run the milling machine safely

• Checking measurements closely to avoid costly mistakes and wasted materials.

• Using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to measure finished parts and check if they meet exact tolerances.

• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

* Operate and Setup CNC Milling or Turning machine according to standard operating procedure.

* Follow Setup Sheet instruction to setup machine.

* Ensure goods produced meet to the quality requirement as stated in customer specifications.

* Achieve daily target output set by Supervisor.

* To assist on the continual process improvement.

* Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.

* Produce accurate, high quality components with maximum efficiency

* Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation

* Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.

* Able to work under own initiative
