• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor, or Store-in-Charge.

• Experience in apparel, fashion, Accessories or FMCG retail is preferred.

• Diploma in Retail Management or a related field.

• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and store operations.

• Strong problem-solving, planning and time-management skills.

• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Good command of English and local language.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve store sales and KPI targets.

• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and productivity.

• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a role model on the sales floor.

• Build customer loyalty through active selling and strong product knowledge.

• Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage stock effectively, including stock replenishment, stock checks, deliveries, and shrinkage control.

• Support seasonal merchandise launches, promotions, and Visual Merchandising standards.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained to brand standards.

• Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and on-the-job guidance.

• Ensure all team members consistently represent the brand’s values and standards.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store performance and operational excellence.
