What You’ll Do:

1) Pop-up Sales

Set up and run pop-ups alongside the team.

You will learn: 

• Retail sampling and conversion scripting 
• What scripts and angles convert best

Help us play around with booth design and improve our presentation style.

2) Lead Generation

Help us identify, shortlist and connect with high-fit partners (e.g., office pantries, gyms, cafés, studios)

You will learn: 

• How to qualify B2B leads fast (pain points, decision makers, buying cycles)
• How to record simple field data that turns into a real pipeline

This is a hands-on, people-facing role with measurable outcomes.

Training Period:

• You will join the main team for 1-2 sessions and learn on the job
• Once training is over, you will self-manage the pop-ups
• Training pay: $9/h, no commissions 

Compensation:

• Pop-up Sales: Base pay of $10/h, and commissions can bump that up to $16/h.
• Working hours: 4-5h per pop-up
• Travel time, after the first 30 minutes, is also payable at the base pay rate.
• Lead Generation: 10% commissions on all sales made on generated leads
