• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media Buying, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Familiar with campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, budget management, creative optimization, and performance analysis.

• Good understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CPI, ROAS, GMV, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.

• Familiarity with tracking and attribution tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag, AppsFlyer, or Adjust is an advantage.

• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with the Malaysian digital advertising landscape, consumer behavior, or e-commerce market is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining execution quality.

• Professional working proficiency in English is required. Business-level Mandarin communication skills are also required for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients and regional stakeholders. Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day setup, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

2. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators such as CPA, CPI, ROAS, GMV, conversion rate, and other relevant campaign objectives.

3. Support the development of campaign strategies, media plans, budget allocation, audience targeting, and channel recommendations based on client objectives.

4. Monitor campaign performance regularly, identify performance issues or fluctuations, and implement appropriate optimization actions across targeting, bidding, budget allocation, placements, and creatives.

5. Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights, key findings, and actionable optimization recommendations.

6. Coordinate with Account Management and other internal teams to support client requests, campaign updates, and smooth project execution.

7. Collaborate with Creative teams by providing performance-based feedback and recommendations on creative concepts, messaging, formats, and iterations.

8. Support campaign tracking and attribution activities, including basic understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag, Conversions API, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or other relevant tracking tools.

9. Stay updated on advertising platform developments, algorithm changes, market trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising best practices.

10. Support campaigns across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop when required, while continuously developing knowledge of performance marketing and the Malaysian digital market.
