Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with strong exposure to HVAC / ACMV / Mechanical Ventilation / M&E projects.

Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, costing and cost control.

Familiar with Malaysian building regulations and construction practices.

Good communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for HVAC / ACMV projects.

Manage tender processes, evaluate quotations and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.

Handle contract administration, project costing, variations and claims.

Conduct site measurements, verify work progress and certify contractor payments.

Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Prepare cost reports, financial summaries and maintain accurate project documentation.
