Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Proven track record of 3-5 years in a retail supervisory or management role.

Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Experience with inventory management, including stocktaking and order processing.

Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve store objectives.

Skills in visual merchandising to ensure attractive product displays.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment at IOI City Resort, Dengkil, Selangor.

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Lead and motivate a team of retail staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve sales targets.

Manage inventory levels through effective ordering, receiving, and stocktaking processes, minimizing discrepancies and preventing stockouts or overstocking.

Oversee cash handling procedures, including accurate till management, bank deposits, and reconciliation to ensure financial security.

Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive store layout that enhances product presentation and drives sales.

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently, and building strong customer relationships to promote loyalty.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to maximize revenue.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety and security regulations at all times.
