Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital or Growth Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and create digital content.
  • Manage social media platforms.
  • Write content and marketing copy.
  • Create simple visual designs.
  • Schedule and publish content.
  • Monitor engagement and performance.
  • Analyse campaign and content results.
  • Research trends and new ideas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain brand guidelines.
  • Assist with marketing activities.
