Working Location: Wisma 99 Speed Mart, Tmn Berkeley, Klang
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain financial data in the system accurately
Update and manage financial records on an ongoing basis
Assist with monthly expense payments, including office expenses, maintenance fees, utilities, and other related costs
Support budget preparation or financial planning activities
Calculate, verify supplier invoices for payment processing
Monitoring the financial transactions
Assist with bank reconciliations
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
