Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to drive end-to-end recruitment, talent mapping and strategic sourcing for Technology and Business functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines and leveraging data and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure.

-Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify high-potential candidates.

-Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialised roles.

-Partner with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies using market insights and data.

-Support campus hiring, employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

-Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate evaluation and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

-Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, including in-house recruitment for Technology or Corporate functions.

-Strong expertise in talent mapping, strategic sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

-Excellent stakeholder management and consultative advisory skills.

-Experience in managing talent pipelines and using recruitment data to drive hiring strategies.

-Familiarity with AI tools and emerging recruitment technologies.
