Job Descriptions:

• Assist users in troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related problems.
• Respond to and manage technical support requests through the designated support channels.
• Identify and resolve common technical issues within the scope of L1 support.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to the relevant support teams when necessary.
• Record, track, and update support requests to ensure proper follow-up.
• Provide clear and timely communication to users throughout the troubleshooting process.
• Follow established IT procedures, guidelines, and service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in IT, Engineering, Science, or any related technical field.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
• Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are sufficient.
• Extensive IT operations or working experience is not required.
• Fresh graduates from relevant technical disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
