Job Description
Responsibilities
- 1. Site Operations & Supervision*
- Supervise piling and building installation activities.
- Monitor daily site progress, work quality and productivity.
- Coordinate workers, operators, welders and installation teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and site instructions.
- 2. Project Planning & Progress Tracking*
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Track completed quantities against project targets.
- Monitor manpower allocation, material availability and work schedules.
- Identify delays, site constraints and potential productivity issues.
- 3. Quantity Measurement & Progress Claims*
- Compile piling meter records and installation quantities.
- Verify daily work records against site measurements and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly progress claim summaries and supporting attachments.
- Coordinate with clients and main contractors on quantity verification and payment
- 4. Client & Subcontractor Coordination*
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with main contractors.
- Follow up on work fronts, access, drawings, instructions and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Report unresolved issues affecting work progress, costs or payment claims.
- 5. Safety & Quality Support*
- Monitor compliance with site safety procedures and approved work methods.
- Assist with risk assessments, toolbox meetings and inspection records.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects and installation quality issues.
- Coordinate corrective actions with the responsible supervisors and safety personnel.
Proven experience as relevant role.
Professional and pleasant personality
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Able to work at night shift and split shift
Must be 24hrs on call
