Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible in handling buying and selling of foreign currencies
- Verify the total amount received, perform and validate notes legitimacy
- To handle internal/external customer inquiries skillfully, resolve customer problems and provide professional services to serve customer better
- To perform counter transactions efficiency and accurately
- Perform cash reconciliations to ensure all cash transactions are properly reconciled and balanced
- Adhere strictly to the company’s internal policies & procedures
- To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum SPM holders
- Good communication, pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, honest and trustworthy
- Knowledge of basic computer skills is essential
- Multi-lingual candidates will be an added advantage
- Willing to work overtime
