POSITION: FINANCE EXECUTIVE, FINANCIAL REPORTING

JOB LOCATION: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD. SUBANG

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A partial professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with external auditors or in a public-listed company is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, quarterly forecasts and the Annual Management Plan (AMP).
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare tax computations, assist with tax provision reviews and monitor revised corporate tax estimates (CP204).
• Verify account codes and budget availability for purchase requisitions (PRs).
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and verify payroll deductions.
• Process related-party transactions (RRPT) for accounts payable and prepare monthly MFRS 16 reports.
• Coordinate with Group Tax on quarterly tax provision reviews and related tax matters.
• Support external audits by preparing financial records and supporting documents.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
