We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bank Administrator to join our backend operations team on a 12-month contract basis, with the potential for renewal. In this entry-level position, you will support daily banking operations by handling administrative tasks, processing documentation, and assisting with transaction verification. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in banking operations and develop professional skills in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• To process and support fulfilment of POs, Account Maintenance &update on accounts.
• Data Entry & updates in Bank’s operating systems within specified Service Standard, timely & accurately
• Highlight on operational issues and provide timely escalation to management
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address any risks
• Participate in process improvement in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation
• Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders
• Work closely with various stakeholders in daily activities, and to recommend ideas for improvement
• Contribute to updates of Process Risk Maps & Standard Operating Procedures
• Timely escalation of any ops/system issue to Team Lead
• Any other ad-hoc assignments to improve the team’s performance

Requirements

• Diploma, A Level or equivalent
• Training will be provided for those without related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• High level accuracy level, well-organized
• Knowledge of the bank’s core operating systems and control standards is advantage
• Meticulous, with an eye for details, team player and can do attitude
• Good communication skills verbally and written
