Role Description The AI Robotics Engineer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent control systems for robots powered by the HERO platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing motion planning and control algorithms, integrating perception and sensor data, and translating human task specifications into robust robotic behaviors. The role involves close collaboration with software engineers, AI researchers, and product teams to prototype, test, and refine robotic solutions for real-world environments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation, including robot control, motion planning, and integrating AI with physical systems.
• Solid Analytical Skills for modeling complex problems, optimizing algorithms, and interpreting experimental and deployment data.
• Proficiency in Software Development, ideally with experience in languages such as Python, C++, or ROS-based frameworks.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating in cross-functional teams and documenting technical designs and results.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning or reinforcement learning in robotic applications is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and real-world robot platforms (e.g., manipulators, mobile robots) is a plus.
