We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Sales & Operations Executive to manage our consignment Store, pop-up events, and corporate event opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, retail experience, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop corporate sales opportunities for door gifts, customised gift sets.

Identify potential corporate clients, prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and secure orders.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and business partners.

Coordinate corporate orders, including product customisation, production, delivery, and payment follow-up.

Manage consignment accounts, including regular store visits, monthly invoice checking, payment follow-up, and stock replenishment.

Identify and apply for long-term pop-up opportunities and coordinate related arrangements.

Oversee daily operations related to corporate sales, consignment, pop-up events, and stock coordination.

Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and operational issues, and prepare regular reports for management.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners to ensure smooth operations.

Perform other sales, business development, and operational duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
