Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development to identify new business opportunities, attract potential clients, and promote our company's security services.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients who require security services.
• Promote the company's security guard and other security solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits, and business presentations.
• Understand clients' security requirements and coordinate suitable service proposals.
• Prepare quotations and business proposals in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Follow up with potential clients on quotations and proposals.
• Maintain records of client enquiries, sales activities, and business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the business.
• Work towards achieving the company's business development targets.

Job Requirements

• A minimum degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Experience in business development, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in meeting clients and developing business relationships.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possess a driving licence and own transport is preferred.
• Experience in security services, facility management, or manpower services is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
