Senior HR Executive / HR Supervisor (Malaysia)

We are hiring a Malaysian HR professional well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and local HR compliance. You will own end-to-end employee relations, statutory administration (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and HR policy compliance. Local recruitment experience is a plus. You will be our local HR focal point to manage employment risks and sustain good industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations matters: enquiries, grievances, counselling, disciplinary actions, termination, retrenchment and settlement negotiation. Prepare legal documents under the Employment Act 1955 & Industrial Relations Act 1967 to mitigate unfair dismissal and industrial court risks. Conduct domestic inquiries and prepare separation agreements when needed.
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB registration, monthly filing, payment and reconciliation. Liaise with KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN and HRD Corp. Ensure compliance on working hours, overtime, leave and termination benefits. Maintain employment documents and update HR policies. Coordinate with payroll/finance team.
• Support full-cycle recruitment as required and build local talent pipeline.
• Administer attendance, leave, confirmation, transfer, promotion and exit processes. Prepare regular HR reports for regional HR and support audits.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or related fields
• Must be Malaysian
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken). Mandarin is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour statutes; proven experience handling disciplinary and termination cases independently
• Hands-on experience with monthly EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submission
• 3–5 years Malaysia HR experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong risk awareness, good documentation, negotiation and confidentiality. Familiar with JobStreet, MYFutureJobs, HRD Corp and statutory portals.
