Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation works at project sites.

• Manage electrical workers, subcontractors and manpower deployment.

• Supervise cable laying, cable pulling, cable tray, trunking, conduit installation, cable glanding and termination.

• Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, engineers and site management.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure project schedules are met.

• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower attendance and timesheets.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

• Arrange site inspections, testing and commissioning activities.

• Identify and resolve site installation issues.

• Monitor material requirements and coordinate deliveries.

• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical installation or project supervision experience preferred.

• Experience in Singapore construction or industrial projects is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of cable containment, cable installation, glanding and termination.

• Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and layout drawings.

• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety requirements.

• Good leadership, coordination and communication skills.

• Able to supervise workers independently and meet project deadlines.

• Relevant safety certifications such as BCSS or equivalent are an advantage.
