We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Motorcycle Salesperson to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable motorcycles, explaining product features and financing options, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and through online enquiries.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable motorcycle models.
• Explain motorcycle specifications, features, pricing, promotions, and accessories.
• Conduct motorcycle demonstrations and test rides when required.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other necessary sales documentation.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep updated on new motorcycle models, products, promotions, and competitors.
• Maintain an attractive and organized showroom and motorcycle display area.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Perform other duties related to motorcycle sales as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, confident personality, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid motorcycle or driving licence where required.
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales results.
