What We’re Looking For

• Minimum secondary school qualification and above

• Passionate about the entertainment and cinema industry

• Friendly, energetic and service-oriented

• Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A good team player who enjoys working and communicating with others

• Flexible and able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Comfortable working late-night shifts, which may extend beyond midnight and up to 4:00 AM, depending on cinema operations

Your Role at GSC

As part of the GSC Cinema Crew, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth, enjoyable and memorable movie-going experience for every customer.

• Deliver friendly and excellent customer service at all times

• Assist customers with their inquiries, requests and feedback in a professional manner

• Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of cinema premises, facilities and equipment

• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for ticketing, concessions and other transactions

• Conduct regular cinema hall checks to ensure movie visuals, sound quality and subtitles are clear and running properly

• Work closely with your teammates to ensure customers enjoy a comfortable and seamless cinema experience
