Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Financial Record keeping - Maintain accurate accounting records and record all financial transactions.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable – Manage supplier payments, customer invoices, and outstanding debts.
3. Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
4. Bank Reconciliation – Reconcile bank statements with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
5. Budgeting and Cash Flow Management – Monitor company expenses, prepare budgets, and manage cash flow.
6. Tax and Regulatory Compliance – Assist with GST, tax submissions, and compliance with Singapore accounting regulations.
7. Payroll and CPF Administration – Assist with salary calculations, payroll records, and CPF contributions in accordance with applicable rules.
8. Audit and Management Reporting – Prepare audit documents and provide financial reports to management to support business decision
