Responsibilities
Commitment Period: Min. 3 months
Clinic Assistant:
Provide support for the daily operations of the clinic or department
Manage phone calls, emails, and patient-related inquiriesAssist healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
Communicate and coordinate information with relevant departments
Carry out duties specific to the assigned role as require
Pharmacy Assistant
Picking, packing, and labelling of medications
Check inventory and restock drugs and other items
Check for expired medications and discard it properly
Carry out any other duties as directed by supervisors
Requirements:
GCE N / O / A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
No prior experience needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
