What this job involves:
Monitor the daily operations of the building's technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and smart building controls
Act as the liaison between the site management and external maintenance contractors, ensuring work is carried out to standard and within heritage site guidelines
Conduct routine site inspections to identify and rectify technical or facility-related issues promptly
Supervise reactive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations and tenants
Implement and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of all building assets
Direct supervise, mentor and manage the on site in-house technical teamants.
Required Skills and Experiences:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or a related technical discipline
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (REW) license is an advantage.
Experience in facilities management, property management or commercial is preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility operations
High level of customer service orientation and professional communication skills
