Coordinator

oversees projects, events, administrative workflows, or programs to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and meet deadlines.

Core Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Establish timelines, track progress toward milestones, and manage calendars or daily work schedules.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between team members, management, clients, and external vendors.
• Resource & Budget Tracking: Monitor expenditures, help build and reconcile budgets, and track inventory or supplies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain digital and physical records, take meeting notes, draft reports, and update tracking software.
• Logistics Support: Coordinate event details, arrange meetings, and assist in solving operational bottlenecks.
