The Role

As a TVET Consultant, you will be at the front line of student and corporate engagement, using our self-built AI CRM tools to connect with prospects, manage leads intelligently and guide learners toward the right skills pathways.


Key Responsibilities


  • Engage, qualify and nurture prospective students and corporate clients using our proprietary AI-powered CRM
  • Use AI tools for personalised outreach, automated follow-ups, lead scoring and conversion tracking
  • Advise learners and parents on suitable TVET programmes, including Malaysian Skills Certificates, Diplomas and industry certifications
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions and academic teams to turn enquiries into enrolments
  • Provide feedback to improve our in-house AI tools based on real user experience
  • Represent SG TVET at education fairs, school visits and industry events


Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable with AI tools ( AI-based CRM) and keen to work with new technology
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages are an advantage
  • Target-driven, curious and eager to learn
