Supervise construction works on site to ensure compliance with BCA regulations and accurate implementation of design documentation
Coordinate on-site activities to maintain smooth workflow and uphold construction safety standards
Perform project-related duties as assigned to support successful project delivery
Use MS Word, Excel, and Project to update project status and prepare reports effectively
Required competencies and certifications
Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES with a minimum of 3 years HDB/PUB/LTA project experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other recognized tertiary institutions
National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project for project updates and reporting
