Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and prospects.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Sales experience is an advantage but training will be provided.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcome.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and develop your own client network through referrals, networking, social media and personal contacts.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their financial and protection needs.
• Introduce suitable financial protection and insurance solutions based on clients' needs.
• Assist clients with applications, documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your own sales activities.
• Participate in company training, coaching and team activities.
• Work towards personal sales and performance goals.
