Job Description:

Maha Asia Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer cum Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, and practical experience in building construction projects. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to manage site activities, uphold safety standards, and deliver high-quality construction projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
• Project Coordination: Assist with project planning and scheduling, and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Technical Guidance: Provide on-site technical support, ensuring all construction activities meet the required standards and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections to monitor material quality, workmanship, and adherence to project requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues and proactively find solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status, challenges encountered, and corrective actions taken.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in site management for building construction projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and construction project management software/tools.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency in all aspects of site work.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
